Limits of Responsibility

QXO and DEPARTMENT P ("Tour Sponsors") are responsible only for assisting in making arrangements with respect to transportation, hotels, and other matters of reservations and tour operations and do not represent or act as an agent for transportation carriers, hotels, and other supplier of services connected with the tour.

The Tour Sponsors assume no responsibility for loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, or other irregularities, expense or liability caused by the defect of any vehicle or negligence or default of any independent contacts, their employees, agents, or representatives engaged in providing services in connection with the tour or for losses, expenses, or delays arising from sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, war, acts of terrorism, weather conditions or such causes. All such losses or expenses shall be borne by the tour participant.

The undersigned represents that he or she recognizes and accepts any risks associated with international travel and hereby agrees for an on behalf of himself or herself and his or her heirs, executors, and administrators, to release and hold harmless the Tour Sponsors and their directors, trustees, governing board members, officers, executors, licensees, representatives, employees, heirs, administrators, and successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims and demands, however caused, for delays, damage, loss, injury or death, occurring in relation to the tour and for the loss of or damage to his or her property, however, occurring, during any portion of, or in relation to the tour.
